In the news this morning, 18 Penn State students are facing criminal charges including man slaughter following the death of a fraternity pledge at the Beta Theta Pi frat house.  The students were involved in a pledge hazing ritual involving heavy drinking.  The 19-year-old victim feel down a flight of stairs and was left to die.  Witnesses waited 12 hours before calling 911.  The university is claiming they have no responsibility in the student's death, emphasizing that the frat house is off-campus private property. The victim's family describes the fraternities behavior as a disregard for moral values.
